A Little Orlando Getaway!

Some trips are about the destination, and others are about the memories you get to make along the way.

This time, we headed to Orlando for a little family get away centered around my son. Between Disney, Universal, Epic Universe, and spending time together, we had a few days filled with fun, new experiences, and the moments worth capturing.

It was a chance to step away from our usual routines, enjoy some family time, and give my son a trip to remember. And of course, I took plenty of pictures along the way. So here's a little look into our Orlando getaway!

And the fun didn't stop at the theme parks. We also got to explore a little of Orlando beyond the rides and attractions, including International Drive, where there was plenty to see and do. From entertainment spots grabbing a bite and taking in the lively atmosphere, it was nice to experience a different side of the city, too.

There were plenty of places to check out, from Dave & Buster’s and JoJo’s ShakeBAR to the entertainment areas with the giant Ferris wheel. It was nice to switch things up a bit and see what else Orlando had to offer outside of the theme park experience.

As for the parks, we definitely made the most of our time! Between enjoying the rides, exploring the different attractions, and being out all day, there was always something to do. We did get some rain along the way, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. When you’re on a family getaway, you learn to roll with whatever the day brings!

What made the trip special was getting to experience it all with my son and having family there to share it with us. From the excitement of the rides to the little moments in between, it was nice to spend that time together and create memories outside of our everyday routines.

And, of course, I couldn’t take a trip like this without capturing plenty of pictures! From our time at Disney, Universal, and Epic Universe to the other places we explored, there’s a lot to look back on. I’ll let the pictures tell the rest of the story, because sometimes the best way to remember a trip is to relive it through the moments you captured.
